Google Forgets Memorial Day?

Search engine's catchy holiday logos have honored Earth Day, Persian New Year – but not war dead!

gagged and censored by googleDid Google overlook Memorial Day or did they just not want to commemorate our fallen soldiers in all our wars. Was the motive to be politically correct? Or not to ruffle the anti-American feathers of the world? In fact Google ha not commemorated Memorial Day since 1999.

World Net Daily reports:

Memorial Day visitors to the website found Google's standard logo – but no mention of Memorial Day. This was true as well at the company's news-search site.

Since 1999, Google has redesigned its logo for major holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving, as well as minor ones like Ground Hog Day and St. Patrick's Day. It's even honored artists like Picasso, Monet, and Andy Warhol as well as Earth Day and the Burning Man festival.

"If you go back through the Google archives, you'll find that, although it has over the years commemorated Shichi-go-san being celebrated in Japan, Bastille Day in France, and Korean Liberation Day, it appears that Google has never dressed up its logo for Memorial Day," wrote Newsbusters blogger Noel Sheppard.

Unfortunately, this action can be expected from Google. Last week Google moved to remove certain websites from their news listing because Google deemed them as hate content and not politically correct.

Please remember our fallen soldiers and their families, even though Google did not.

Mexico Limits Non-natives in Jobs and Politics

Illegal immigrating, not undocumented aliens, are invading our country by the thousands every week. And many are encouraged by the availability of employment. Yet there are many jobless legal Americans immigrants who are hungry for work who are unemployed.

A few years ago I was in the Austin Texas area and was amazed at all the building and development. At the time I was in construction. But, if I would have been unable to find it as it was almost all Mexicans. And the employers did not hide the fact.

While the untied States government is trying to be politically correct, The Mexican government under President Fox has enacted laws that non-natives are banned from political offices and thousands of other jobs, even if they are legal, naturalized citizens. In the United States, only the office of the President and Vice-President are reserved for native born Americans.

Memorial Day

Sharon Hughes
The Center for Changing Worldviews

Memorial dayEvery time Memorial Day and Veterans Day comes around my minds goes to the many times I've attended parades and special observances put on by the cities in our area and the various veterans organizations. Several of those times my husband, Duane, participated in the events as a candidate for State Assembly and U.S. Congress. As a decorated Vietnam Vet he always received a warm welcome. Well, except for a couple of the very left-coast towns.
When our sons were growing up we would get out the picture albums of Duane's time in the Army, read together about why we observed these holidays in America out of the encyclopedia, and after dinner, which was usually a bar-be-que, we'd sit down and watch a movie or documentary on one of the wars our Armed Forces have fought in.

Some will think what we did was to indoctrinate our sons in a pro-war mindset. But, actually we were educating them in the realities of war. We wanted to instill in them an appreciation for those who laid their lives on the line to protect the rest of us, and the freedoms we enjoy, during times of war. We also wanted to make sure they had no romantic ideas about war as boys can have. If the time ever came for them to go to war it would be with their eyes wide open and the cost counted.

There is no glamour in war. War is hell. But, even the Bible states there is a time for peace and a time for war. This is, unfortunately, part of life on planet earth. While we debate and work and pray for peace, wars still rage. And while I understand the reasons some chose a passivist position, passivity never brings peace, only the rule of aggressive, totalitarian governments and leaders.

Dr. Sallah Sultan: 9/11 Attacks Planned by Americans on the Basis of the Film “The Siege”

Following are excerpts from an address given by Dr. Sallah Sultan, president of the American Center for Islamic Research in Columbus, Ohio, which aired on Al-Risala TV on May 17, 2006.

Sallah Sultan: The film "The Siege," starring Denzel Washington, portrayed the Muslims in a very bad light. They are shown calling for prayer, performing the ablution, praying, and then planning multiple bombings – a government building, a security agency, the FBI, a bus carrying young men and women, adults and children. They bombed shops.

The film came out in April 1999. It paved the way for 9/11, since it was filmed in Brooklyn, New York. The truth is that immediately after 9/11, I said people should view these events in the context of "The Siege," because these events were identical.

This scenario… I still believe to this day… The scenario still baffles me. I share the view of many Americans, French, and Europeans, who say that 9/11 could not have been carried out entirely from outside [the U.S.] – by Muslims or others. The confessions of some people could have been edited. But even if they were not edited, I believe that these people were used in a marginal role. The entire thing was of a large scale and was planned within the U.S., in order to enable the U.S. to control and terrorize the entire world, and to get American society to agree to the war declared on terrorism, the definition of which has not yet been determined.

The U.S. remains the only country to determine who is a terrorist, and what is the definition for terrorism, and it can pin it on anyone. The most recent instance is the case of Dr. Al-Zindani, who has been accused of terrorism, even though he is known worldwide for his refinement, virtue, and broad horizons.

California Senate Votes to Force All California Public Schools

The following news item happened in California. But the slide down the slippery slope has begun and it could happen to a school district near you. Know your politicians and vote wisely and pray your governor will veto such laws passed by your legislature.

The California State Senate passed SB 1437, which tramples local control of schools and infringes on parental rights as it mandates transsexual, bisexual, and homosexual indoctrination of students as young as kindergarten.  With 21 votes needed, SB 1437 passed 22-15, with all Republicans opposing it and nearly all Democrats supporting it.  The bill goes to the state Assembly.

Speaking against SB 1437 on the Senate floor were Republican Senators Bill Morrow and Richard Ackerman.  The 12 other Republican senators did not speak, but still voted “no.”

“Happy Mothers Day, California.  By passing SB 1437, Democrat politicians have declared war on mothers and fathers and their children,” said Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families (CCF), a leading statewide pro-family organization that strongly opposes SB 1437.  “This terrible bill forces local schools to go against parents by mandating transsexual, bisexual, and homosexual ‘education’ upon their impressionable children.  Whose children are they, anyway?  This mental molestation of kids as young as kindergarten is very wrong.  Children deserve academics, not sexual indoctrination.  Parents don’t want, and children don’t need, SB 1437.”

Kentucky Board of Education Joins Efforts to Sanitize History

school textbooksPolitically correct rewritten history has shades of 1984.

The Kentucky Board of Education has voted to join the ranks of those who are redefining how time is reckoned. Last month the Board voted to recognize BCE and CE as acceptable names of the two main epochs of history alongside the traditional BC and AD designations which target the birth of Jesus Christ as a dividing point in history and have been used for centuries.

“In today’s climate of being ‘politically correct’ and fearing to offend non-Christians, Kentucky has fallen into step with other organizations focused on sanitizing anything linked to Christianity,” says Finn Laursen, Executive Director of Christian Educators Association International. “There are no boundaries to individuals who want to silence Jesus’ influence. To remove BC and AD from our dating notations in history is simply revisionism.”

BCE stands for “Before Common Era” and is meant to be used in place of BC, meaning “Before Christ.” CE stands for “Common Era” and is suggested to be used in place of AD, an abbreviation for “Anno Domini,” which is Latin for “the year of the Lord.” Although the traditional designations are not strong religious symbols, they are reminders of the impact of Jesus Christ upon history and are repulsive to those who want to wipe out all traces of His existence.

Although these new notations are rarely used they are surfacing in textbooks and other writings. These designations are simply used to replace our tradition designations without changing the calendar numbering system.

The Kentucky Board took step one in including these new calendar notations in its Program of Studies when approving the recommendations made by the Kentucky Department of Education. The Program of Studies used to guide Kentucky educators is then incorporated into a state regulation. The process for finalizing the regulation is not yet complete.

There will be a public hearing on May 30, at 2:00 p.m. EDT in the State Board Room of the Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort, Kentucky. Written notice of intent to attend the public hearing must be forwarded to Kevin Noland, Deputy Commissioner and General Counsel, 1st Floor, 500 Mero St., Frankfort, KY 40601. Written comments will be accepted until May 31 and may be sent to the same address.

ldquo;I encourage Kentucky educators and friends of education to attend the meeting if possible and voice their concern over these changes. If attending is not possible, mail in comments before May 31. For those outside Kentucky, consider writing to Kevin Noland today and let the Kentucky Board of Education know that the rest of the country is watching,” suggests Laursen.

Global Warming Sticker Shock

global warming a mythWhy is the U.S. being pressured to follow the Kyoto Treaty, yet the largest countries in the world, such as China and India are exempt from any pressure to follow the treaty?

by Lance Winslow

Many people are up in arms over the thought of global warming and indeed they want the United States to sign the Kyoto Treaty and pledge to reduce our emissions of greenhouse gases. Yet these same people will not demand that India and especially China curb their emissions. And as far as pollution in the atmosphere it is widely known that Chinese Sand Storms blow dust around the world, so in essence and trying to be logical China in all fairness should have a zero pollution goal, which is noting compared to their current output.

Something really needs to be done there and the amount of pollution of course increases with each factory and as they rapidly increase the number of power plants then so to the pollution. Indeed this has been the United States’ point of contention over the Global Warming Treaty, that is to say if there is a level playing field then the US will join in the World Wide effort to reduce air pollution.

Yet also consider that if the US were to stop its pollution then our industrial might would be severely hampered and if China and other nations did not do the same then the playing field would be so far tipped that trade deficits would increase to an alarming rate and even more industry would move to foreign shores.

The fact is that the United States simply cannot allow signing of the Kyoto Treaty unless everyone including emerging nations will do the same. Perhaps it is merely a matter of sticker shock this time around?

The Pharmaceutical Drug Cartel and the FDA

By Jack Kettler

According to the Los Angeles Times, the California Association of Physicians and Surgeons, and even the Center for Diseases Control’s own admission, well over 100,000 people in this country die each year from “properly” administered prescription drugs. This is absolutely shocking!

One study has shown that more than two million American hospitalized patients suffered a serious adverse drug reaction (ADR) within a 12-month period and of these, over 100,000 died as a result. Likewise, roughly 36,000,000 adverse drug reactions are reported annually, resulting in more than 33.6-million admissions or hospitalizations all from drugs that the FDA has pronounced “safe effective.” Sources for these statistics can be found at: http://www.cancure.org/medical_errors.htm.

The media is not doing a very good job of reporting this ADR crisis. Instead, we hear the constant media drumbeat about the dangers of firearms, which are currently politically incorrect yet represent a miniscule fraction of the deaths in this country. Doctors who want to politicize gun deaths should clean up their own glass houses first. The real crisis is the failing health care or more accurately described as the sick care system. There are numerous reasons for this crisis.

One reason is that conflicts of interest represent a very real problem for public servants and those entities which have relationships with various government agencies. Numerous researchers have reported that the FDA receives money from the very entities it is suppose to be regulating and one consequence of this is the suppression rather than advancement of disease cures. Consider the following:

Politically Incorrect Penguins Lose ‘Fairy’ Tag

The fairy penguins are only found in the southern hemisphere preferring the warmer waters along the shores of southern Australia and New Zealand. Never has an animal species been renamed to a politcal correct name to apease a particular challendged group.

However, in an article in The Sunday Mail:

Managers at Sea World, on the Gold Coast, are now calling the species "little penguins" in case associations with the word "fairy" offend visitors to the park.

"We didn’t have any complaints about the name of the penguins, but someone thought they could be seen as offensive so we decided to change it to little penguin instead," a Sea World spokeswoman said. "We just didn’t want to upset the gay community. The new name is more politically correct."

No one complained except the gay community and they were upset that the name was changed. They did not find the name "fairy penguins" offensive.

Kamahl Fox, chairman of gay support group the Gold Coast Breakers, said: "I wouldn’t be upset by fairy penguins at all.

"I don’t think our community is that sensitive about those things. If the penguins were called poofter penguins or something more direct then it might be a problem, but I don’t see the name fairy penguin as a mickey-take at all."

A spokesman for Brisbane’s Gay Dads group said the name change took political correctness to the extreme.

"People have been going to see fairy penguins for years and that shouldn’t have to change," he said. "The word fairy hasn’t been offensive to gay people for about 30 years — it’s just not an issue."

Use of Islamic Knowledge of Health and Hygiene Is a Must for All Muslims

by Ayesah Ahmed

Use of western knowledge is kufr (blasphemy) and its parishioners are apostates and infidels. Only Islamic knowledge of health and hygiene must be used in daily life because Allah has already given that information through Prophet Mohammed for a reason.  In Quran he said so many times that he is your role model. Ignoring his sayings is ignoring  your deen (religion) punishable with hellfire

The following information is presented for the good health of Muslim umma (believers).

Avoid Sicknesses By Clean Islamic Habits

HOW TO CLEAN YOURSELF AFTER DEFECATING, THE ISLAMIC WAY

Apostle of God used to clean himself after defecation using only odd number of stones. That is the sunna (examples set by Muhammad).  Muslims living in U.S. can go to Home Depot and buy a bag of gravel for this purpose (the used gravel can be good landscaping material).

Bukhari Volume 1, Book 4, Number 163:

Narrated Abu Huraira:
Allah’s Apostle said, " whoever cleans his private parts with stones should do so with odd numbers. And whoever wakes up from his sleep should wash his hands before putting them in the water for ablution, because nobody knows where his hands were during sleep."

NEVER USE BONES OR ANIMAL DUNG AFTER DEFECATING

Jinns love to eat bones and dried animal dung.  They don’t appreciate the contamination of their favorite delicacy with fecal matter and can pounce on the next guy they find sitting and defecating.
